PSYX 150 Drugs & Society

Suitable for all students, this course explores specific classes of drugs, the study of substance use and abuse, as well as personal and societal attitudes and responses toward the drug phenomenon. Modes of treatment and prevention, the addictions process, causality, assessment and diagnosis are also covered as well as the interaction of drugs.
