Americans with Disabilities Act

FPCC, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), has an established grievance procedure for handling a claim or allegation of discrimination based on disability. The purpose of this procedure is to promote the prompt and efficient resolution of complaints by any person alleging discrimination concerning program, activity, service or physical accessibility at FPCC. Copies of this procedure may be obtained from the Student Services Department.
