Message from the President
At FPCC we believe in our students, we believe in family and community, and we believe in the power of education. Our mission at FPCC is to improve the life of every student we serve. We focus on YOU, the student. Our greatest accomplishment is providing students with the tools and support to achieve their educational goals. Whether you are here to get a degree or certificate or transfer to a four-year college or university, we offer support each step of the way. Our small class size, student-focused faculty, and support-centered staff ensure that students succeed!
FPCC is the right choice for you for so many reasons. Whether you need a few courses to upskill in your current position, need a new credential to start a new career, or just need a course for personal growth such as yoga, beading, or sewing, we will help you get there. Even if you are the first person in your family to attend college, we can show you the way and remove all the stress and confusion that comes with entering a new environment. If cost is a worry, we can help you navigate through the financial aid process. Whether you are in high school or just graduated we have programs for you such as early start and dual credit. FPCC takes pride in the extraordinary number and variety of support services we provide students.
In recent years, we have done something difficult in the current higher education environment—we have grown. Not only has our enrollment increased, but our student support services and community services have increased. Every day brings new opportunities for our students. In the past couple of years, we have forged 2 + 2 partnerships with four-year colleges, we have fully embraced online learning, and our dual credit program is at an all-time high providing local high school students with a fast track to college completion.
We are proud of FPCC and we are proud of our student’s success. Please visit our website or better yet, please stop by the campus for a tour.
