ACT 110 Beginning Weight Training

Taught in laboratory format, students will learn the principles of resistance training and techniques for toning and strengthening muscles.  They will use equipment designed for weight training, including free weights, and learn exercises for individual body parts as well as routines for working the entire body.  (1 credit class runs 8 weeks only).
