CJUS 275 Constitutional Law, The U.S. and Fort Peck Constitutions

This course will familiarize students with the United States and Fort Peck Tribal Constitutions. Students will also learn how the U.S. Constitution interacts with tribal and state constitutions. Students will develop critical thinking skills by interpreting case law and presenting legal interpretations to classmates.
