CSCI 105 Computer Fluency
Students pursuing a computer technology degree or a certificate are required to complete this basic computer course. Upon completing this course, students will be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of information technology, file management, and the ability to learn new software. Students will understand the basic operation of a computer, a local network, and the internet. Students will acquire sufficient Internet and computing literacy skills to enter current job markets and higher education computer courses. Students are encouraged to pursue their IC3 Certification by completing three exams in computing fundamentals, key applications and living online.
