MART 214 Digital Publishing and Design

Students completing this course will be introduced to the most important features of adobe InDesign cc. Students complete hands-on lessons to learn InDesign basics; then move on to explore a wide variety of advanced design effects and techniques. They will become skilled at working with text and how to set up a document. Then will learn how to work with frames and colors, place, and link graphics; also create graphics using shapes and the pen tool. They will learn how to create tables, books, tables of contents, and indexes, as well as prepare, package, and export documents.
