ITS 221 Project Management
Students completing this course will acquire the basic knowledge of defining a project and the role of a project manager. Students are introduced to the process of developing a plan on the selection and execution of a project. They will understand the importance of effective project management communications and scheduling. They will learn the aspects of managing project scope, time, budgets, quality, and human resources; how to assess, identify, and manage risks associated with a project. They will use MS project software in a project management context.
